3. The driver will WhatsApp or SMS you one day before the trip to coordinate and confirm the pick-up location and time. You can also share your preferences for the city tour.

4. You can leave your luggage in the vehicle while you enjoy your city tour in Kuala Lumpur. We will visit the KLCC Petronas Twin Towers and Batu Caves before heading to Genting Highlands.

5. During the trip, you may request refreshment breaks or meal stops as needed.

6. The journey from Malacca to KLCC Petronas Twin Towers takes about 2 hours, and it takes another hour from Batu Caves to Genting Highlands. Please inform us of your destination and the resort you will be staying at in Genting Highlands, and the driver will take you there.
