• Kampung Kling Mosque - Originally built by Indian Muslim traders in 1748 as a wooden structure, the mosque was rebuilt in brick in 1872. It is one of the traditional mosques in Malacca, retaining its original design. The architectural style is a blend of Sumatran, Chinese, Hindu, and Malacca Malay influences. The minaret, ablution pool, and entrance arch were constructed simultaneously with the main building. The mosque is named after the area where Indian traders resided, known as Kampung Kling.
