Wonderful wine and great atmosphere. - The location was amazing because it is in a cellar. The tasting was a lot of fun, and we learned a lot about local wines. We took the recommendations and bought a local store in Mainz.

Super nice and beautiful local wines...top - Fantastic wine tasting of beautiful white and red regional wines of top class with a nice German bubble beforehand, a unique location 5 floors down in the old cellars of Mainz, Jerome did very nice with small appertive snacks, do not expect dinner but tasty local bites. We loved it and worth the detour from the Moselle. Douwe and Sjoerd, the wine lovers from the north of the Netherlands

Excellent wines and an excellent host - We could not have had a better time! Jerome is such an excellent host - knowledgeable and passionate about German wines and wine culture and its history. The cellar is such a cool venue and the wines were all excellent, each selected from local wineries with their own stories. Highly recommend for a date night or for a group activity!

Jerome was a wonderful... - Jerome was a wonderful host! His knowledge of German wine and its history is impressive. The snacks and wines were amazing (especially the Riesling). We really enjoyed and highly recommend this experience!

Jerome was great! Very... - Jerome was great! Very knowledgeable about the region, so nice and informative with my group! He had us laughing and he showed us some delicious wines that we probably wouldn’t have had the chance to try otherwise! Thank you Jerome!

This was a lovely... - This was a lovely experience. Jerome was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We enjoyed learning about the history of wine in the area. We do not drink much white wine normally so it was fun to try wines we would not normally choose. Overall a great time and would recommend!

Very knowledgeable and informative tour leader who can also customize wine tour experiences. - We had Jerome customize 3 wine tours for us of the Mosel, the Rheinheissen, and the Pfalz while we were on a Viking River Cruise. He met us at the port in each stop and took is to several wineries each day. There was quite a variety and some unique styles that made this extremely informative. We had a few beginners and several lifelong experts and everyone raved about these experiences.
We all highly recommend this as great German wine learning experience.
