Beautiful and memorable day in Kathmandu - This tour was absolutely wonderful. The sunrise at Nagarkot was stunning, and the views of the Himalayas and Kathmandu Valley were unforgettable. The downhill hike through local villages was peaceful and a great way to see real Nepali life.
Our guide, Shishir, was very kind and knowledgeable, and made the whole day smooth and enjoyable. The visit to Changu Narayan Temple was also a great cultural experience.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to enjoy nature, culture, and beautiful scenery in one perfect day in Kathmandu!

A truly beautiful cultural experience - My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful day with this trekking experience. From the moment we were picked up, everything was well organised and smooth.
Shishir, was excellent. He provided clear and insightful explanations throughout the trek and answered all of our questions with great enthusiasm. He was very attentive and genuinely passionate about what he does, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
On our way back to the hotel, Shishir even stopped to buy a local yogurt so we could try it . A small but thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. At the end of the day, he also gave us recommendations for local food.
The scenery was beautiful, combining nature, local villages and views of the Kathmandu Valley. Overall, we were very happy with both the guiding and transportation services.
To quote Shishir’s own words, which perfectly reflect the spirit of the experience:

Best travel provider in Kathmandu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - It’s definitely the best tour provider option we ever booked. Shishir’s knowledge about Nepal and the mountains are super! He is like a living Chatgpt. They picked us up with a very nice electric car and good driver. We started the day by catching the sunrise, had breakfast in small local shops, then started the hike for about 5 hours with many stops and he is also a great photographer too! If you are looking for a trusted guide and memorable experience in Nepal, this is the right option! Don’t think twice to book this tour, the 5 stars review here is for real! Thanks Shishir! Hike and cultural insight - Had an awesome time with Shishir. A really thoughtful, thorough, and authentic experience where I sampled local cuisine, hiked and learnt about the local culture. On the heights of the Kathmandu Valley - We had a great time in the company of Shishir and his driver with very careful driving. Shishir met all our expectations, he taught us a lot about his country and allowed us to live our most beautiful day in Nepal. Breakfast in a local restaurant was typical and was well enjoyed after the early departure. The hike is easy and allows you to see beautiful landscapes with the Kathmandu Valley below and the snow-capped mountains in the distance while passing through a forest, temples and small villages allowing you to see local life. An outing therefore to recommend without hesitation for those who want to discover the heights of the Kathmandu Valley in safety.

Very fun & a worth while experience! Amazing guide! - Our day was so amazing with our guide, Shishir!! The accommodations were perfect. We had a beautiful sunrise morning, then got coffee and breakfast at a local restaurant. After that, the hike through the villages and forests were relaxing and fun!
We toured world heritage sites with the panoramic Himalayas in the background of all our photos. Shishir was very knowledgeable and told us a ton of facts about the history of where we went!
Things to know: You do not need water, they bring it! I would say bring a trail snack but there are also opportunities to purchase local snacks at the halfway point. Bring layers, it’s chilly in the morning. Definitely ask Shishir questions and also for his lunch rooftop recommendations after the tour!

Just do it. A great way to spend a day in Kathmandu - A wonderful catered experience that begins with an amazing sunrise viewing at a perfect panoramic view point. The tour continues through villages where you can greet locals and a variety of animals. Then contrasted with a deep forest trail which leads you to amazing temples. All of this is wrapped up with an immersive dialogue about local culture.
