Phenomenal experience - Phenomenal experience! They were so helpful and willing to work with us as we were arriving a little later than planned. We still fished the full four hours and had a great time! They even filleted and cooked the fish up that we caught for us and it was delicious! Overall a great experience, and we would for sure do it again! They made transportation to and from there really simple as well!

The absolute best fishing experience! - Great fishing and wonderful guides. Cesar and Daniel were amazing. They have a great boat and really know the waters. We caught 5 Barracuda in less than 2 hours. They offered to have the fish filleted and cooked for us by a local Restaurant. We didn’t have the time.
Without hesitation I would recommend them. Just go! They will also Flex Time needs if you call them.

Great fishing , great crew , and amazing experience - The capitan and crew where absolutely amazing . First started with a safety briefing and a game plan of where and how we where going to fish. Captain Axel and his mates had lines in the water as soon as we made it outside the reef . They used rigged ballyhoo on trolling feathers and a couple of big rápala looking lures , by the time they had they last outrigger rod set , we where already bit ! One of many barracuda that came aboard , they quickly and ethically dispatch the fish we wanted to eat and released the ones we didn’t . We ended up catching a huge king fish as well wich was a first for me ! The equipment is Great. The beers where cold and smiles where shared by all , as a professional fisherman I highly recommend La diosa Del Mar . Not not mention when we got back to the beach , they had our fresh catch cooked up for us while we sat looking over the Caribbean Sea for just a small fee to the restaurant . Muchísimas gracias capitán Axel

An amazing fishing trip - Awesome captain and crew, good energy and caught fish. I would most definitely go again. The experience was so fun it seemed a lot longer than 40 hrs. If you're on a cruise and you know you're stopping in Costa Maya check it out you will not greet it.

Caring and accommodating - Unfortunately, the seas were too rough for us to go fishing. They were very gracious to explain that we could either try just reef fishing but told us we would likely see very little action. They refunded our trip completely and let us hang out at their waterfront place with beach chairs and access to drinks and food. Extremely accommodating staff! When we were ready to head back to the ship, Alex called us a cab and waited with us until it arrived. I wish we could have made the trip but the weather was not good and red flags also. If we’re ever back here, we would certainly try again to take a trip.

FANTASTIC customer service even when the weather let us down!!!!! - The day of our excursion, the weather was not great. After arriving via taxi from the RC port, we were met quickly by our guides. They explained that the weather conditions made the trip unsafe. We were sad for sure, but they quickly and easily refunded the price of the excursion. They also took the time to connect us with Alex who walked us down to a beach area where we were able to still have a great afternoon in Costa Maya!! I am very thankful to have worked with this group and would not hesitate to do so when we return!! Thank you!!

Muy bien - We had a great time snorkeling in Marawal! We saw turtles and lots of colorful fish — it was a beautiful experience. The guide also takes photos and videos with his GoPro and sends them afterwards, which makes for unforgettable memories. Highly recommend this activity!

Fishing then beach escape - Caught barracuda and they cooked it for us afterwards why we relaxed at their beach with margaritas. Nice beach with shallow tidal pools to swim in. Highly recommend!

Troll or Bust - We were informed upon arrival at the dock that the waves were too rough to go out beyond the reef, and we were offered the opportunity of a refund, enjoy their beach, or fish within the reef. We chose to fish. While they had two spin cast rods for casting and two bait cast for trolling, we only trolled during the trip. They said there were too many rocks to cast. So, we sat on a 3.5 hr slow moving boat trip without touching a pole until a storm caused us to head in. I had hopes we might get lucky and get a barracuda, but that didn't happen. I don't fault the crew for the fish not biting, but based on our experience and from some of the reviews I read before booking, it sounds like they are one-trick ponies. It would have been nice to have an alternate fishing style if trolling wasn't panning out. As luck would have it, our motor broke down while trying to get back to shore and we had to catch a ride with another boat. It didn't take long though, and there were no issues making it back to the cruise ship.

Total Rip off - I have always been a big supporter of Viator excursions, having been extremely pleased on several we booked through you. But this last booking was a disaster.
First; the web site was VERY misleading. It ask if any of the party of 4, were handicapped. I answered yes and would require assistance. One member has CP (cerebral palsy) fairly severe. We were all looking forward to this trip very much as neither lady had ever caught a fish.
Second; it ask where to be picked up and dropped I stated, port pier. No one told us we would have to walk a very long long ways across to parking lot behind port square, then outside the gate for another quarter of a mile. Thinking we would find someone holding a Viator sign etc……nope we ask numerous people before anyone could help us. Ended up we had to catch a taxi to get there. Again asking a lot of different people questions to find anyone with knowledge of this excursion. It was to begin at 1330, was told it would be at least 30 min or so, trouble with boat. NOTE: we had to return to ship be onboard by 630. This was booked as a 4 hr fishing trip. So right off we told the guy we’d have to reduce it to 3 hrs to make our ships time. As it took a lot time to get there, and we were worn out. A lady with CP that walks with a walking device, me who has a broken back and severe TBI, another lady who recently had surgery, and the other male had two surgically repaired knees. We each used a cane, walker, or 2 electric scooters. And I bet we walked close to a mile and a half over uneven surfaces, shame on you. Nowhere did u warn handicap individuals of this. Why would any reasonable person think you would not provide transportation if u ask me to fill out a form asking where to pickup and drop off. I am hopeful the refund will be provided shortly. And to top it off the older gentleman that was there when we got taxis, called me “a cheap ass” as we drove off. After all our disappointments that day was in no mood for tipping. I cruise a lot, and will quickly spread the word to avoid your company, not truthful does not provide stated items. To add insult to injury, when we finally got there, while waiting on someone to find out where fishing trip was at, and charged us 4 bucks a bottle of water. This complete waste of our excursion day in Costa Mya, and $40 in taxi fare, which seems should still be refunded. Very disappointed in your company. No more
