Super friendly and helpful! - The staff and guides were super friendly. We were inexperienced and they really took time to help us feel comfortable. The also called a taxi for us, so we had an easy return to our ship. I would highly recommend this company.

Family Friendly Fun - The tour guide was fantastic. I’m a single dad of 3 kids (12, 10, and 8) and this was the kids’ first time snorkeling. After a brief safety review we snorkeled for a good 1.5 hours including time swimming over reefs and shallow grass beds. We saw hundreds of fish and a couple sea turtles. Lifejackets were required. We enjoyed the fresh pineapple they gave every diver on the boat ride back. We went a couple weeks ago and I’m heading to Costa Maya again next week, I didn’t hesitate and we booked this same tour. Getting there was simple after we found our way out of the tourist trap port of Costa Maya. Taxi took us right there. After we were done snorkeling we hung out on the beach and bopped around a few shops before Mar Adentro called a taxi back to the port for us.

Best snorkel guides ever. - Having a daughter with disabilities I was worried about this trip when she picked it. Snorkeling in the open ocean felt a bit intimidating but not with hands down the best service on the planet. They were amazing start to finish. We found our turtle! And made so many forever memories along the way. Thank you for your kindness, and all you did to help Grace feel safe in the water.

Super Easy, Friendly and a great Snorkle Experience for the Family. - We had such a great time snorkeling. We went on Icon of the Seas in March and booked directly with Mar Adentro and it was so easy and everyone was so accommodating. My daughter hurt her foot & had to stay on the boar and they carried her to the boat so she wouldn't get her foot wet. That was so nice. We had a few other younger kids that were afraid to snorkle and they again were so friendly and accommodating to help them feel comfortable. They were very friendly and flexible. I would highly recommend. Also, you do have to take a cab to their place, it's $4 a person & there are plenty of cabs right outside the pier area. It's very organized and safe. They knew right where to go. I hope you enjoy & book with them directly for the best savings!

Fun day - We had a wonderful day with Abel and Victor. After doing an hour guided snorkel tour off the boat, we were able to use the fresh water shower. Then Abel walked us through the charming village, introducing us to locals for silver jewelry, massage and beach front restaurants. Abel is a super friendly guy, very helpful, easy to understand and so cute. Highly recommend.
