• Mahahual - In the PADI DSD, we go thru theory (physiology of diving & SCUBA unit overview) before the basic skills training in confined water (water shallow enough to stand up). Then a 10 minutes boat trip to a beautiful spot of our coral garden follows for a dive under the care of a PADI dive instructor. Max depth will be 40 feet, as safety standards require. The descent (bottom starts at 25 feet) is along the mooring line to make things smoother. Dive time depends on the participant’s air consumption; the average time is 43 minutes.
