- Costa Maya Cruise Port - After completing your tour of the archaeological area and enjoying the beautiful lagoon of seven colors, your driver will take you back to Costa Maya port. The return journey will take approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours.

Huitzi was a great guide!... - Huitzi was a great guide! We were running a bit late but they were able to still guide us. He gave us water and sodas to drink on the way to the Mayan Ruins. At the Mayan Ruins tour, Frie was our guide and sped up our tour so that we could make it to the Bacalar Lagoon on time even though we were the only ones in the group to have a second excursion! Huitzi also gave us fresh cut pineapple and tajin to eat during the car ride and surprised us with a bottle of tequila which we politely declined because we are not drinkers lol. He also took me to get some chips and esquites on the way back to the ship. Super nice guide and even took a picture with us for memories

Cruise tour costa maya - We had a wonderful experience, a mix of cultural tour and relaxing and funny moments. Our driver Victor was great, he was also able to entertain us during the travel and at the lake. Besides the lunch and drink included, we tasted also some tasty tequila and pineapple. A really nice day

Fantastic day - The tour has been fantastic. On the way to the Mayan ruins our driver Huitzi has stopped at a post to bring us honey pineapple to try with different types of chili pepper, he has been very vigilant throughout the excursion giving us bottles of cold water, offering us tequila and making sure that the food was ready for when we arrived at the seven-color Lagoon. A wonderful day, I recommend it without a doubt, we would repeat it again. The ruins and lagoon of the seven colors have been an unforgettable experience.

Phenomenal - Tour guide Carlos and tour driver Victor were extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of the Mayan community. I would HIGHLY recommend booking this trip when you visit Costa Maya.

Daughters 20th Birthday Cruise - Victor & Carlos were amazing! Meet up directions were very clear. Carlos was very informative on the Chacchoben mayan ruins and so helpful to my elderly mother, such a gentlemen. Victor was super fun and informative, he felt like part of the family. Both of these gentlemen really made our trip exceptional.

Fun Day at Costa Maya - We really found the ruins interesting. The guides provided a lot of information about the ruins and Mayan culture. Didnt make 7 lagoon (our fault) but went to the beach. The water was great!!

Too much chaos too little passion - Checking in for the tour at Toucan Tour was pure chaos! We were sent from one to the other - too many lists of names, too little visibility. The tour in Chacchoben with tour guide Carlos was completed quickly. He speaks English but often you got the impression he doesn't understand many words. Afterwards we went to the lagoon with Victor. The boats were not organized. The boaters spoke and understood not a single word of English. Hence no explanations about the route. When it started raining in torrents, thank God the boats went back to the bar and there we had to wait together crammed almost an hour, so until the agreed time, until the driver opened the bus for us., although he was also sitting in the bar. Attendance control was only carried out after 10 min. Take off. Conclusion: An impersonal tourist show...we wouldn't do it anymore!

never got to go on the tour - disorganized, made us wait an hour while waiting for latecomers- with no definite time of arrival. we asked to return to the ship and missed out on touring the area. They claim to have refunded our money in full, which was a positive- sure hope its the case.
