The Paramotor Flight offers an exhilarating experience that will have your heart racing and your spirit soaring. Available from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, this adventure is perfect for those who crave the thrill of flight without the freefall of skydiving.
Imagine the wind rushing past as you glide over emerald paddy fields, ancient temples, and winding rivers. The view from above is nothing short of breathtaking, offering a unique perspective of Chiang Mai’s blend of natural beauty and cultural heritage. With a highly trained pilot at the helm, you can relax and enjoy the ride, knowing you’re in safe hands. As one reviewer noted on February 9, 2025:
Great experience! Fantastic views of the mountains and farmers fields. We felt very safe at all times. Our only hassle was the pickup service from the hotel. Our two hour excursion ended up being four hours.
This is more than just a flight; it’s a journey into the heart of Chiang Mai, where every moment is a memory in the making.
Paddle Your Way to Adventure: Stand-Up Paddleboarding on the Mae Ping River
For those who prefer their adventures on water rather than in the air, the Paddle-Boarding Adventure on the Mae Ping River is a must-try. Available from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, this activity offers a perfect blend of excitement and tranquility, making it an ideal choice for a rainy weekend retreat.
As you navigate the gentle currents of the river, you’ll be surrounded by the stunning beauty of the Mae Ngat valley and Mae Taeng Forest Reserve. This is not just a physical challenge but a mental escape, allowing you to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with nature. The experienced river guides ensure your safety, providing all necessary equipment and support throughout the journey.
One reviewer, reflecting on their experience, shared:
Fun Day! - Lovely day on the river! I’ve only ever done SUP on the ocean so the river current was actually much easier to manage than ocean waves! Lunch is very late (3pm?) so bring a snack! Also found it handy to have a dry bag (can be easily purchased at Night Bazzar or Worarot Market if you forgot yours at home, like me). Didn’t need for falling in (because I didn’t and the river is pretty shallow anyway), but because one of the guides very cheekily cooled us down with large splashes!
This adventure is more than just a workout; it’s a chance to explore the hidden gems of Chiang Mai from a new perspective.
