Just 70 km from Madrid lies Toledo, a stunning city-museum recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. As one of Europe’s oldest cities, it boasts remarkable artistic beauty and architecture from nearly every historical period, including Arabian, Gothic, Mudejar, Renaissance, and Baroque styles. Toledo is known as the “City of the Three Cultures” because Christians, Muslims, and Jews once coexisted there. In the 16th century, it was also home to the renowned painter El Greco.

While in Toledo, you can plan your day as you wish. A 1-hour guided walking tour of Toledo is included.

Return to Madrid from Toledo at 4:00 PM. The meeting point for the return will be in front of the Restaurant Hacienda del Cardenal (Pº de Recaredo 24), near Puerta de Bisagra. A panoramic bus tour will be provided, with a stop at Mirador del Valle for photo opportunities.
