Informative Trip Around Toledo - We really enjoyed our day trip to Toledo. The bus was very comfortable and it was a smooth drive up Toledo. Our guide was very informative and took us on a very interesting walk around the town.

Beautiful City - Our experience with the Toledo tour was very good. The two guides knew a lot about the history of the place and gave us a lot of information, they were also very friendly and answered questions very cordially.
We didn’t have much time because Toledo is a small city but with a lot to see. We had to run to get there in time to take the bus back, maybe it would be nice if the stay was a little longer, and also have information on how to get back to Madrid if you miss the tour bus. The city is wonderful, really beautiful and we would have liked to enjoy it for about 2 hours more.

Nice day trip to Toledo and its marvellous Cathedral - Our trip to Toledo was pleasant. We got good instructions beforehand and the schedule was good. Our guide was very nice. We took also the guided Cathedral tour which was great!
The only thing we thought could be better was that the guide could have had city maps fir everyone with her in the right beginning. Now we all had to go to the tourist info to get maps. It could have been simplier in the other way.

Great trip to Toledo - Very efficient way of travelling to Toledo and getting to know the lovely town and all the history. Our guide was very knowledgable and answered all our questions. I liked having a short guided tour and then having a few hours to explore by ourselves and grab lunch as well.

Not worth it - Not the best use of time. The guide spoke in such accented English that it was hard to understand him. We were also taken to a tourist trap Damascus steel workshop, waiting at least an hour of our time so they could get a commission for our purchases, which I didn't do. Nothing of El Greco. Fortunately, we had good weather.

Value but very rushed. - Value but very rushed. The stop at the metal shop could have been shorter. Our guide was good but having to do it in 2 languages took too much time.

Cute city but nothing exceptional - Nice city, but nothing great.
Beyond the walls, medieval bridges and cathedral, there is not much to see

Not well-organized. Lots of wasted time and rushed time on our own. - Somewhat disorganized. We had booked an English tour with cathedral visit. The bus ended up being a combined tour of only English or Spanish speakers with or without the cathedral visit included. As such, we ended up with an English-speaking guide in Toleda but he was not the one doing the cathederal visit. That was the guide with the Spanish speakers so we had to listen to the Toledo walking tour in English and then repeat part of the tour in Spanish to wait to get into the cathederal. We wasted over an hour doing very little. The cathederal tour itself was good.
Frankly, instead of this tour would have been better off just taking a bus to Toledo and organizing our own visit. We do not recommend.

Bus left before we arrived (although we were there at the time of departure) - Overall trip was fine, only issue is the bus was supposed to leave back towards Madrid at 4.30 PM, and when we arrived there exactly at 4.30 PM, the bus was already gone! We immediately called the travel agency and they told us that the headcount was complete (which means someone else was counted on behalf of us, or that they didn't count us at all in the first place!). We asked if we could take a taxi and go to the bus (presuming they were close nearby), but the agent refused. I think it's unprofessional to leave before the expected departure time, most travel agencies also wait a few minutes after the departure time, just in case someone is late!
