MUY BUEN TOUR - It is a very good option to visit Toledo. Our guide is passionate about the wonderful history of the city. Highly recommending this tour.
It is very easy to get to VPT, the bus is very comfortable and with connections to recharge your cell phone. The prices are very suitable for everything you receive.

I recommend - Traveled with my family to Toledo the experience was fantastic, we visited an area to take pictures of the city, the very educated and friendly guide Victor guided in Spanish and English, we passed a craft store for bathrooms and then a walk through the city, we recommend.

Toledo half day trip - We did. The Toledo half day trip because we had a flight coming back home that day at 19, leaving from Madrid. The tour started 8.50 in the morning. The bus didn't have bathroom. We arrived Toledo where a guide join our bus. His name was Paco, and he was amazing. He start explaining about the history of the city and the buildings while the bus drove to a panoramic view.
After the view we went to a Damasquinado factory where we saw how the pieces are made by a professional only for a few minutes with a brief of the profession and history. That part was very nice, but after that they are taking you there to shopping.
At 11 am we arrived to the walking part of the tour, where our guide explained us about history and showed us most important buildings of the city.
At 12 we had free time to do what ever we want until 13.30 that the bus was coming back to Madrid.
If you are wondering to visit deeper the city i don't recommend at all doing with a tour of a half day, because is too short the time to explore.
Next time i would do it by my own. Is super easy to arrive from Madrid to Toledo, the bus frequency is super good!

Could improve the service of guides - We have visited Toledo with the guides Maria and Carlos. The experience was disappointing. Maria spoke over a speaker where she was not heard at all and at the end of the tour, Carlos was not careful that we could enter the cathedral and has left us out (even though this service was paid).
The next day we went to the agency and they kindly resolved us by returning the money from the entrance of the cathedral and also refunded the money of two people who decided not to go to the excursion of that day, in which we would visit Segovia, due to our abysmal experience in this tour of Toledo, since they thought it would be just as bad.
However, to our surprise, the Segovia and Avila tour was exceptional, quite the opposite. Germán, our very friendly, attentive guide, gave us each a recorder where we could hear each of his explanations, he carried control of each member of the group and it was a beautiful experience.
