Join the most exciting and stylish cooking class in Madrid, where the focus is on the social joy of cooking, eating, and drinking!
Our professional chefs, now instructors, will guide you step by step through Spain’s most iconic dish, Paella! You’ll be greeted with a glass of Cava and directed to your custom-made cooking stations. Here, you’ll work in pairs with all the necessary ingredients and equipment to create your very own paella.
This cooking class experience allows you to delve deeply into the recipe, designed for active participation in a hands-on and dynamic workshop!
Once your paella is ready, you and the other guests will be invited to our private dining room. Here, everyone will gather at our communal table to enjoy not only the paella you made but also two appetizers and two desserts prepared by the chef! This transforms the experience into a five-course tasting menu, complemented by our bottomless wine pairing featuring five different Spanish wines!

A gun afternoon with great food! - We had such a wonderful time with, Benny! The cooking class was a small group, everything was thoughtfully prepped for us, and the food was delicious! We had delicious wines and wonderful paella in a super cute space with lovely new friends. They clearly put a lot of thought and consideration into making this an enjoyable experience. Would very much recommend!

Great class - I really enjoyed the cooking class and met alot of wonderful people along the way. I appreciate that we were able to taste multiple dishes which were all amazing. The experience was alot of fun and a chance to connect with other travelers.

100% must do - An amazing and delicious experience! We learned how to make paella from start to finish. The staff was delightful and so fun. I would recommend this class to everyone visiting Madrid.

100% recommend - My son and I attended this class and I can only describe our experience as fun, fun, fun! The hosts were amazing! Fun, professional, kept us on track while continuously plying us with wine! We met the most amazing new friends there- cooking was fun, music was fun, having an immediate sense of community, eating these amazing dishes meal we had all made (which was amazing- enough food for a small army!) and just enjoying the experience start to finish. When we left my son, who is studying abroad, described it as one of the most fun experiences of his life! And I, as his mom, got to share it with him! Great for families, couples, friends - I would recommend it as a must do in Madrid!

Fantastic Experience - Great Food - Unlimited Wine - Fantastic experience. The team is very fun, engaging and instructional. You will experience unlimited wine and cava, a fun atmosphere with great music, and a very engaging cooking lesson. Following the cooking you enter a basement / cave to eat and learn about the building which is a really neat experience. Highly recommend!

Exceptional cooking and wine! - Fantastic experience! The cooking experience was so good, our chef (Benny) did a fab job and it was interactive and really got you hands on to make a paella. The venue is brilliant, with a modern cooking space and areas to eat and drink. Benny kept our glasses charged for the whole event and we had an awesome time. It was o good in fact, the people with us all continued on afterwards for drinks and tapas! One of the best activities we did in Madrid.

Stunningly good! - Fantastic cooking class, the food is amazing and the wine keeps flowing. We had an absolute blast, one of the best cooking experiences we have done. Benny was great at teaching us the secrets of a great paella, and the flavours were stunning. Could not recommend this activity more, do yourself a favour a spend a few hours with the team at the Cooking Clubhouse.
