Very good experience! - We visited Segovia with Cristina and loved it, especially the cathedral. She has been an excellent guide, very friendly throughout.

Good tour…no expectations of this tour but cathedrals town tour guide was good. We did have technical difficulties - Good tour but has technical difficulties with hearing devices. Catherals were pretty cool to see. Worth the money. A good trip

Fair price for fast-paced look at World Heritage Site - The tour is worthwhile. Photographers and slower walkers would probably pay more for an hour added to the excursion because the friendly guide does not stop when moving from monument to monument. Seniors may have difficulty with the uphill walk to the Alcazar. Bus and transit time essentially equals time on the ground in Segovia. We knew this, but the agency should amend its itinerary as stated on TA; you do not spend 4 1/2 hours in town.

Great value for a half day tour! - This was a great tour, plenty of time at each monument but would have appreciated 1 hr free time as we only had 15 mins at the end of the tour for bathroom break and to get a snack before heading back to Madrid. But Segovia is great and definitely worth a look

Just ok, but not really - This tour was very rushed and upon purchasing we were not told the tour would be in both Spanish and English by the same guide. Because of this, the descriptions were very quick. No time for asking questions or clarifying and the guide did most of the talking in Spanish and would rush through English descriptions. It was just confusing. At times we’d just take our headphones out and look around on our own. Also it’s described as “skip the line” and we all had to still wait in lines. After doing many tours through Viator in the past I will skip this company in the future.

Segovia Tour - Poor Experience with Julia Travels - What could have been a great day and a good tour experience - turned out bad with the tour bus leaving without us. We wouldn’t say we were not at fault, we reached exactly at 6:36 pm at the location near the Aquaduct Square, right next to the Carousel - this was exactly at the same place where we were left off at 6:15 pm. The tour group was given 20 mins. This was amazingly careless, no one tried to reach us - neither via text or call that group was leaving. We ended up spending $180+ to return to Madrid. Our recommendation is do not use Julia Travels - rather book with with someone else who care especially when the journey to and fro is long.
Moreover it was supposed to be an English Tour. It turned out 60-70% of the tour briefing was in Spanish or some other language and limited in English.

Don't book - too rushed and bus driver may abandon you - The tour was way too fast. The tour guide Marianna sped through the Alcazar, we barely had time to take in the beauty of the Alcazar and feel happy about traveling so far. The tour also apportioned its time between various monuments quite poorly - only 20 minutes were reserved for the beautiful Alcazar, however, approximately 25-35 minutes were reserved for less stunning cathedral which felt like a waste of time. Don't bother with this tour - my partner and I felt extremely disappointed. We traveled so far to visit spain and specifically see the Segovia Alcazar, but the rushed experience through the Alcazar and inability to truly take photos, experience the splendor of the alcazar, and enjoy the lush green surroundings (there is a gorgeous green valley nextdoor) felt incredibly disappointing. You're better off visiting yourself. This tour has a terrible audio guide which is more of a nuisance than a supplement to Segovia - it's a pain to keep the cheap earphones in your ears and make sure they don't fall out. Furthermore, the audio quality is terrible. Added to all of this, the tour guide marches through Segovia so fast - it's like you're on a DEATH MARCH, not a relaxed tour of the area. Your money and time are better spent elsewhere. Sure if you travel to Segovia by yourself it will take you longer because it will take you some time to navigate through Segovia and find the Alcazar versus the aqueduct, but if you really want to enjoy your experience, you're better off visiting separately than booking this subpar tour. Added to that, our bus driver abandoned us for about 40 minutes at the tour - there was some miscommunication between the bus driver and tour guide so that we were somewhat stranded at the final Segovia stop. Our tour guide was very blunt with us, saying she had no idea where the bus driver was LOL. In the end it ended up working out, a separate bus driver came 40 minutes later than expected. However, overall, this experience added to how this specific tour company is not very professional and not focused on providing an excellent customer experience. Don't book this if you value your time and money.

Good places, not as described. - The tour was good and the guide was pleasant but it was not as described. The description noted that there would be one hour in each site visited. There was not.
