Fantastic trio in Segovia - Really good overall. The guide was really good and its a beautiful historical place. Five stars. The only thing that might be nice is if the tour keft an hour earlier so you had time to check out the insie of the castle and cathedral. But, i knew ehat ti e it was so im not complaining. Maybe itd be good id the guide had a bright color on them too because it was esy to lose track of where he was. Again, great tour no complaints.

Beautiful town - We really enjoyed the trip and the city was beautiful. It was just really hard to understand the guide when she kept changing from English to Spanish which felt like mid sentence sometimes. Would love to stay longer but it was perfect for us as we had other plans

Good overview of Segovia - The tour is a bit rushed but gives you a good overview of Segovia. Now we know we want to return and stay a couple of days.

Short but good trip - We didn’t have a lot of time on our last day in Madrid so this was a great day excursion. Our guide was good, the tour was in English and Spanish (we did feel like there was a lot better explaining in Spanish and her English wasn’t that good). It was confusing what we would be doing in Segovia once we got to the aqueduct, but it all worked out- we had about 90-110 minutes in the town in all. We didn’t tour the cathedral but used the extra 30 minutes to shop and take pictures. It was a beautiful trip and definitely worth it!

Great Half-Day Tour of Segovia - Well worth the trip! Guide provided great commentary in fluent Spanish and English using headphones. Interesting walking tour through the medieval square, saw Roman aqueduct, cathedral with imposing columns and took photos of castle (Alkazar)

Complete garbage - I traveled 15 hours to get to this city and take this tour and I was exactly 8 min late. I called ahead to inform them. They didn't lift a finger to help me. In fact, they outright refused to wait. THEN they charged me another $30 US on top of the $60 US they wouldn't refund me. So $90 US, for a very the luxury of super rude customer service and zero effort to assist. Every tour I have always been on waits 15 min for stragglers. Cause when people travel stuff happens that's beyond their control. That's just human. But to Julia Travel 8 measly minutes on a sleepy Tuesday afternoon would just ruin everyone else's experience. Unbelievable the arrogance with these people. They could've at least been civil about it. But no rude and arrogant and most of all greedy. Don't waste your time.

Terrible Don’t Go - This was a terrible tour. It was rushed because the tour was delayed due to traffic and would not be extended to make up for lost time. The guide who was supposed to give the tour in Spanish and English did 75 percent in Spanish so the information was lost on us. I want to request a refund!
