- Desarenador del Acueducto - The tour includes a visit to the San Gabriel sand trap, where a secondary decantation occurred before the water continued to the city’s upper areas. This synagogue is the best-preserved of the five that existed in the Segovian Aljama, likely due to its conversion to Christianity in 1410.
Inside, visitors can admire the architecture typical of Jewish culture and the decoration from its later Christian use. It features a prayer room divided into three naves, separated by horseshoe arches and octagonal pillars topped with pineapple and scroll capitals.
