Great experience - Jesus was excellent, great speaker, funny, and informative! The pacing of the tour was perfect. The palace itself is beautiful and a must-see if in Madrid!

Amazing! - This was an amazing tour! The Palace is unbeliveable, a must-see if you're in Madrid. Also, our tour guide Jesus was amazing! He made the tour really interesting and engaging by sharing a lot of stories we would never know about otherwise. 10/10

Royal Palace with Ander - Ander was an amazing guide! Knowledgeable and humorous, he led us on a tour through the Royal Palace of Madrid. Highly recommend this tour and I feel sorry for anyone who doesn’t get Ander (I’m sure the other guides are great too).

Visit to Madrid Palace - Very interesting
Guide was very informative
No long wait in queue
The visit to old town appeared bit short. We were taken to few places on way to the palace. Was expecting some walk around old town. Managed to get that with bus tour.

Interesting and informative - Jesus was the perfect guide. He was interesting and very well informed. He also used to humour to demonstrate his points and tried to make the tour interactive.

Exceptional City and Palace Tour - This was a great walking tour through part of the city on the way to the Palace. Martin, our guide, was very informative not only with the city history but a wealth of knowledge inside the Palace.
I would strongly recommend this tour!

Great class! - Not knowing anything about Spain. Now in a good rounding of the history and formation of Spain. Nice walk through the historic center and large group of visitors was put together.

Disappointing - Old town tour was very brief and very little historical or cultural information shared. Palace tour was ok. Very crowded. The tour group was too big. I think it should be maximum 8 people.

Disappointing. Avoid . - This tour was very disappointing. It was 40 minutes shorter than advertised due to the fact that the first 5 stops ( ie the old town) were missed out completely . While the palace is definitely worth visiting , the guide was not at all engaging ( I can’t tell you his name because he didn’t even bother to introduce himself ) and spoke with such a strong accent that he was difficult to understand at times . Even worse was the dismissive response from the company when I informed them of the problem. I personally would never use this company again and I would strongly advise you to find a tour provider who cares about the enjoyment of their customers.
