En experiencia muy interesante - We visited the Prado and the Reina Sophia Museum. Miguel was a very engaging tour guide. He pointed out many interesting aspects of the exhibition that were new to us. Miguel was very humorous and his presence ensured that everyone in the group felt equally included. We learned a lot and highly recommend Miguel.

Cinema Day at the Museum - The truth is that it was a very interesting experience and thanks to the guide Lola very enjoyable and fun, we were with young children and knew how to capture their attention at all times. The very positive experience, is to repeat.

The guide did not show up. - The guide did not show up. We left a message at their site, but no-one responded. We called at the phone number and a lady with very poor English told us to wait and she will try to call the guide. After 5 minutes, another gentleman called us and told us (in much better English this time), that the guide had an accident and could not come. After 30 minutes waiting in the rain, with no time to book another guide, we just went into the museum alone. Not the experience we would like to have.
