We offer you an unforgettable experience, a private and exclusive Segway tour, with a guide just for you. The tour takes place from the mythical Barrio de las Letras and from there we leave for the Retiro Park. We enter the Parterre, the main garden of this park, we will observe the Hauahuete, the oldest tree in the park, we head towards the Fallen Angel, statue of Lucifer, on our tour we will discover the majestic Crystal Palace that will show us the way to the Lake which contains the Monument to Alfonso XII. A fun and enjoyable tour that can be extended with time options. You will not regret.
- It will not be suspended for fine rain, in case of heavy rain it will be rescheduled
- Occasionally, due to weather conditions, the park remains closed for safety reasons. In this case, an alternative tour will be offered.
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed at the start of the tour. After 30 minutes, the tour will be canceled.
- If you have limited mobility, you should not take part
- Children must be accompanied by an adult and be at least 10 years old
- Users will be able to use the segway for themselves
- The user’s weight must be between 30 (77 lbs) and 125 kg (275 lbs) to ride a Segway
- Dress code is smart casual
- Comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes are recommended.
- The use of mobile phones is not allowed while riding a segway.

Fun Family activity for all ages - We loved it! We have gone with our children of different ages and all delighted 12,16 and 20 years. It is an activity for the whole family and very fun. Very easy booking and payment. The guide, Cecilia, we loved it, very professional and nice

This is a must do! - Inexperience on Segway - not a problem! Rain - not a problem!
From start to finish, this Segway Private Tour in Retiro Park was AMAZING! Cristina was so friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to. If she can teach me to ride on a Segway and operate it on the streets of Madrid, then she can teach anyone. What a wonderful way to experience the beauty of Retiro Park. It was raining that day but that only made the private tour of the park with Cristina more memorable. The cost of the private tour was well worth the expense, and I certainly would do it again if given the chance. The time flew by as we whisked around the park on our Segways! Everything about this experience as A+, 5-Star, 100%. Highly recommend. Keep up the great work Cristina!

Great tour of the Retiro with our teenage son - Great Segway experience with Rafael. We are a family of three with a teenage (13 YO) son. The segways are super simple to use x2 models and we had a quick briefing and then headed to the stunning Retiro Park. Plenty of time for Segway and also the main sights. Our son loved the experience and was given loads of chances to zip off on his own and a really good speed.
We’ve done similar tours on a Segway in Brussels and San Francisco and this was far superior tour with a better guide and better Segway. Thanks

Gliding through the gardens - a perfect Segway adventure - We did our very first Segway tour and had an absolutely fabulous experience! Our guide was incredibly patient and made sure we felt comfortable before starting — we quickly got the hang of it.
One thing that really stood out is that this provider uses Segways with big, wide tires, which made riding over cobblestone streets effortless and smooth. They’re super stable and shock-absorbent, which made the entire ride even more enjoyable.
We glided through beautiful 18-acre gardens with ease, taking in the scenery while having so much fun. A special shout-out to our wonderful tour guide, who was so sweet, encouraging, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this tour for anyone — even first-timers!

Great green park that deserves! - Just an oasis of coolness and beauty in Madrid.
Great park with impressive entrance and exit, through which we can "lose" walking on its green alleys, to enjoy coffee or food with a view of the artificial lake, to see the monumento Alfonso XII, to rest....
Let’s not forget that Madrid has a lot of green and lots of parks.
