Great Tour With Leticia - Leticia was an excellent, friendly guide. She was able to get us into a quick side tour that was unscheduled but much appreciated. Her knowledge of the cathedral was impressive, but was eclipsed by her understanding of every little detail in the palace. Highly recommend thia tour.

Fascinated with this experience! - We have been absolutely fascinated with this experience in Madrid. The tour has allowed us to get to know the most important monuments of the city from the hand of a guide who has made this experience something that we will never forget. The explanations both in walking tour and in the Palace were very interesting, entertaining, enriching and made us have an unforgettable experience. I would do any tour with Ignacio because he is at another level, he is simply excellent. Whenever I can, I will do a private tour again, adapted to the needs and interests of my family, of course, like Iganacio, no other guide we have ever had.
Thank you for this experience in Madrid that we will never forget.

Experience essential in Madrid - It was an experience we would certainly repeat. It allowed us to know a part of the history of Madrid in a very special way. We had a great time and definitely recommend it.

All great - We went as a couple and it was a fantastic experience. Nacho made the visit very interesting and entertaining and we did not wait in any queue!!

Tour - A great tour!! Being able to save our queue and everything we learned on the tour with Nacho was spectacular!!! In addition to his immense kindness and punctuality they make him a guide of 10. We tried some great bars and we wanted to try more, so we will repeat.

Beautiful tour of the Royal Palace - The tour of the Royal Palace and Cathedral was great.
The guide was super friendly and told us everything very clearly and funny.
We loved the Palace lounges and all the details of the antique furniture.
In the Cathedral, the stained glass windows and architecture looked amazing thanks to their explanations.
We laughed, learned new things and took many family photos.
We came home happy, with nice memories and grateful for such a good guide.

Awful experience in Madrid - we had hoped that this tour would be great since it was our last day in Madrid. It turned into a nightmare. The same tour guide who was awful the day before, showed up to take us on the tour. Since he had a driver this time we thought ok he got the review and realized he needed a driver. We went to gardens and the palace and it was great. Then we walked out of the palace going across the courtyard toward the catherdral. It was at this point that he read the day before's review. He started verbably abusing me calling me a liar telling me im ruining his job. He was doing this in front of our group and the hunderds others in the courtyard. I told to stop and walked away. He followed and continued to berate me. I told him the tour was done and just take us back to the hotel. He said the tour didnt included return transportation only pick up. This was not true. Other members of our group got involved and in spanish told him to just stop. He finally called our ride and we were taken back to the hotel.
I have never ever encountered something like this with Viator and I dont blame them at all. Im just hoping no one else encounters what our group did. I was literally shaking i was so upset
