Our guide Louisa was... - Our guide Louisa was wonderful! She took us for an hour tour to give us a snapshot of Madrid. Wish we would’ve gone for the longer tour but she made the most of our time together!

Great way to learn your way around Madrid - This is a great experience for your first day in Madrid. We are a family of three and heard of the different areas of Madrid and where we may want to go for the rest of our week long stay. Louisa was a great guide and shared alot of anecdotal info in addition to the general geography.

Beautiful Madrid - Very informative and interesting trip with the tuk tuk was the best idea.

Great Intro to Madrid! - Great intro to Madrid and our guide was fun but also had substantial knowledge of the history of Spain. I definitely recommend doing this as your intro to the city.

We hit the highlights - We hit all the highlights of the city. It was a super cold day & our guide had blankets for us. She was great but just a bit difficult to understand everything she was saying given her accent

Good tuk tuk experience with a great guide/driver - Good driver as well as guide. We had the chance to see most of the Madrid hidden streets and plazas. From Malasena to Salamanca ee saw everywhere. The driver guided us in the cathedral as well.

Enjoyed the ride - Carlos made our ride interesting. Punctual and managed the ride well, sharing interesting stories and facts on the monuments. Vehicle was clean. Great value.

Hard to See - Our guide Louisa was great. The Tuktuk itself was not. Floor was very high forcing you to seat with knees bent at unnatural angle. It made us so high in the vehicle the roof pillars blocked our view. Also, plastic sheeting was dirty so couldn’t see things in front of us through the roof. Only reason I gave this 4 stars is I don’t want it to be negative for the guide. If not for the guide, I would give this 1 star.

It wasn't the best tour,... - It wasn't the best tour, the tuk tuk ride was ok but we couldn't hear or understand the tour guide. Had no idea where we were going to next and most of the historical facts not conveyed properly.
