Madrid Panaramic Bus - While in this area you must see Museo de Prado, perhaps have lunch in the museum and enjoy the artwork of the local artists.

It’s NOT a hop-on,... - It’s NOT a hop-on, hop-off bus even though your website and the outside of the buses themselves indicate otherwise. The ONLY pick up point is between the Prado and the Ritz. The info provided tells you that the (blue) historic route pick up point is at Felipe IV monument @ Plaza Oriente. That is INCORRECT.

Good - A great way to see the city, commentary is pre recorded - but good nonetheless.
Takes about 90 minutes (old city tour). We probably wouldn’t have seen so many sights unless on a tour.
Note this is a circular tour - no stops. I understand there are other tours which offer this facility. We knew in advance & happy to sit back & enjoy the sights.
Commentary options is several languages.

A Scenic but Poorly Managed Experience - We took the Red Bus in Madrid to get an overview of the city and tried both of the available routes. Be aware that the two routes depart from different locations, about a 10-minute walk apart, which isn’t well advertised and may cause some confusion for first-time visitors.
The drive itself is pleasant and informative, giving a decent overview of Madrid’s major landmarks without stopping. However, it’s important to note that this is not a hop-on-hop-off service, so it’s really just a continuous loop – better for sightseeing than for actual transport between destinations.
Our experience was unfortunately marred by the lack of shade on the top deck. It was a very hot day, yet most of the rooftop remained uncovered. Only a small portion had sun protection, which meant people were crowding into the shaded third, while the rest of the passengers were left to endure the intense sun. This aspect felt quite poorly managed and uncomfortable, especially considering Madrid’s summer heat.
Overall, the Red Bus is useful for getting your bearings in the city and snapping a few photos from above, but don’t expect much in terms of comfort or flexibility. If you’re planning to use this as your main sightseeing method, be sure to bring sun protection, water, and patience.

No hopping on and off! - I have done this sort of bus tour all over the world and it is usually a fantastic event! I was sorely disappointed. Firstly, we were told that the authorities has stopped the bus stopping and letting people on and off - so instead it was just a city tour bus. We opted to continue as we had always had great commentaries and so lots of information and history of the city. We were completely disappointed, the commentary was very very poor and told us very little about anything - there were lots of things we saw and would have liked to know more about. Not a good experience at all.

Beware there are NO stops other than the starting points - Did not tell us that since January they can NOT make any stops along the route. Trying to get a refund since this wasn't useful to me

Not hop on/hop off - This is no longer a hop on, hop off bus tour. I visit Madrid annually and we love the hop on, hop off pass...it is an amazing way to explore the city. I feel that by stopping this facility, it is just a reminder that tourists are not overly welcome in Spain anymore. We visit Madrid in April and our plan was to return in September...however, we have decided to go to a different country. I think Madrid should remember how much money tourism drives in their city.........!!!

Don’t take this tour - Boring as anything. Just stuck in traffic for an hour. Bus staff totally ignored passengers and spoke to driver only had her back to everyone the whole time. Just pressed buttons for recorded information and not always at the right time. We didn’t know where to look!! Very frustrating. Seemed like no care for the customers. Would not recommend this tour at all.

Never recommend. - Money doesn't matter, it spends time. First of all, this company does not cover the Korean service. There were hardly any vehicles. Those who don't speak English can't easily get information in various situations. And even English basically doesn't work in so many places where audio is broken. The car is full of garbage and the driver is very unfriendly. Just walk or look for other options. Never glitter. In fact, I had to run this very inefficiently. Very sorry. judgment
