Royal palace with wonderful guide - We had a great tour, very knowledgable in extremely friendly and warm atmosphere. Ruben was very detail oriented, to the point and all these was filled with humor and positivity. It was nice to hear him calling every single guest by name and also him knowing interesting details about guests countries histories.

Very nice experience! - The guide was very passionate and knowledgeable! We were in a family setting and got distracted at times to take care of needs of the baby. The guide still very patiently explained everything in the museum!

Excellent tour - Venue is very busy. Guide did a great job despite big crowds and a long wait to enter even with skip the line. The palace is very impressive and well worth the effort

Buy your own ticket - Get tickets in advance and do this on your own. While our guide was good and informative, we waited in a very long line while other people were able to quickly buy tickets and get inside. We then had a bathroom stop and started the tour over a half hour late. Therefore, it felt rushed. The tour does let you see a couple of extra rooms, but there is plenty to see.

Disappointed in Viator - The tour guide was fantastic but buyers beware when I purchased the tickets it states admission included when we arrived at starting point had to pay additional 32 euros for admission
