Interesting museum in Madrid - The museum surprised me. Very organized, interesting, excellent especially for those who like history. It is possible to visit on your own or with a guide. Even by visiting on your own you can learn a lot. The bathrooms are very clean and the entry price is quite affordable (3 euros). I highly recommend the visit.

Definitely worth seeing! - Great exhibits are housed here and the museum is free! I just wish we had alloted more time for our visit. Highly recommended.

Pause Button Is Your Friend - The self guided audio tour assumes that you might be more familiar with museum layout than a first time visitor might be so don’t hesitate to start and stop a few times before getting your bearings and listening to narrator. It’s worth the lost 15 minutes in backtracking and restarts.

Great museum - I really enjoyed this museum. It includes prehistory as well as the historic era. The collection of Greek pottery and Roman mosaics are a highlight. I should have spent more time here as there is much to see.

Museum - Excellent exhibition. I regret that I was not able to enter the rooms of the Egypt and Prehistory exhibition because they were closed.

A beautiful museum in Madrid! - Very nice visit to the Archaeological Museum of Madrid, free on Sunday! 3 floors that take us on a centuries-long tour through Greek, Roman and Arab civilization in Spain. Calculate about 3 hours to get around. Then went to get lost in the neighborhood the la Salamanca with its many shops!

The history of Iberia in a museum - The MAN or Archaeological Museum of Madrid is an interesting space that delays the history of the Iberian peninsula since the most remote times. It is a pity that the third floor of the museum was under construction and this did not allow us to visit the contemporary part of Iberian history. However, a space of great cultural value

It took some getting used to the narrative. - We appreciated that we got a good summary of the objects in the museum rather than having to visit all 100+ audio points the museum's similar offered audio tour. In the beginning, we had difficulty navigating to the next stop. On more than one occasion, we had to pause the recording and retrace our steps. We got better at navigation as time went on. The third floor of the museum is closed and this audio guide does not reflect this fact.
