Very Professional, Thank You Walid! - Easy to buy a ticket in person at the booth outside of the Sofitel Hotel. Great tour! Buses run on time every 30 minutes. There is an audio/headphone guide in ALL languages. A/C buses, or you can sit on the roof in the wind. Shout out to Walid (thank you so much) who took the time to answer all of my questions and suggest new places to visit.

Non Coperative staff - Staff is not very coperative , The guy on bus tried to charge me even thuogh i bought the ticket via App IDK he was joiking or not , Timings are not very appropriate , long waiting time. MAybe you ned to put more buses/ or small Carry on minibus Overall not a very Good experience as it should be in teh holy city of Madinah WIFI want working in all teh buses, Except one

Was not worth the price - I always love to take hop on and off to have best experience of city, so I decided to take one in Madinah, You can buy ticket at Kiosk (cash or credit card) or online ( i got error twice while trying and not sure what will happen later) so buy at the place. They mentioned red and green path but red covered all. Unfortunately no one (at counter or driver) were able to communicate in english. We started our trip at 12:30 pm but as it was last bus of morning, there was no pick up, so bus did not stop at all in any visiting places so in less than hour and 80 riyal/per person later, I was back at my first stop😓… headphones worked fine but not much detail, just some and mainly for shopping promotions. Audio is not ideal for hearing impaired either.

- Staff unable to communicate in English. Bus was too hot and the driver wasn’t willing to increase the air conditioning as he said he did not understand what I meant.

Problem with Viator app - The sightseeing trip was actually very good. But the problem is with viator app. This was not the first time i had problem with viator app. I couldn't download the ticket. The bus driver was a nice person. He allowed mevto board in without ticket (with only payment receipt). But it doesn't happen always. I tried to contact viator many times but no response.

Terrible - Terrible experience, waiting for the bus in the sun was a complete torture. They say the bus will be coming every 30mins but they were late by at least an hour Everytime. Extremely unreliable service, would never recommend anyone. I wish I read the reviews before paying for the tickets.

Crap and exhausting - please stay away - Pros Staff are friendly (but then again would be given the high ticket price Cons You can't hear the pre recorded audio tour properly as the volume isn't loud enough. Buses are REALLY Infrequent so you end up standing around with family members in the heat for prolonged periods of time No interest in going to alnoor mall Verdict - if you want to waste time and energy take this tour bus. A much better alternative is pay for a cab to Uhud mountain, use the golf buggy shuttle service to Quba.

Disappointed - This was the worst bus tour i have experienced And i have been on many in Europe and America 1. The bus driver does not speak English 2. Very few places of interest 3. The headphones don’t work properly 4 very little information given on a historic place 5 bus stops for only five minutes at each place Which is ridiculous Would not recommend anyone wasting there money and time going on this bus. Rather go with your local tour guide
