• Mount Nebo - Mount Nebo is a prominent ridge in the Abarim range in Jordan, standing approximately 710 meters (2,330 feet) above sea level. It is noted in the Hebrew Bible as the location where Moses was shown the Promised Land. From the summit, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the land, with a more restricted view of the Jordan River valley to the north. On clear days, the West Bank city of Jericho and Jerusalem are visible, as well as the Dead Sea.
• St. George’s Church - Saint George Church, also known as “The Church of the Map,” houses the Madaba Mosaic Map. This map is part of a floor mosaic in the early Byzantine church of Saint George in Madaba.

The Madaba Map depicts the Middle East and includes the oldest surviving original cartographic representation of the Holy Land, particularly Jerusalem, dating back to the 6th century AD.

• St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church - This Latin Catholic Church is the oldest church where religious rituals have been continuously held since its construction.

The church features numerous paintings, frescoes, and sculptures illustrating the life of John the Baptist (Yahya). It also includes an acropolis with ancient basements, an old Moabite well, and several ancient monuments beneath the church, which were once used as a temple, a school, and a priest’s residence. The church is associated with the Latin school. The monastery visitor center showcases a replica of a Byzantine mosaic floor discovered in Umm al-Rasas.

Visitors can also ascend the bell tower for a view of the city of Madaba.

• Wadi al-Mujib - Wadi al-Mujib, “almost certainly” identified as the biblical Arnon Stream, is a river canyon in Jordan that flows into the Dead Sea.

Visitors can stop to capture stunning panoramic photos of the valley (Wadi) that separates Madaba from Karak.

• Karak Castle - Kerak Castle is a large Crusader castle situated in al-Karak, Jordan. It is the second-largest Crusader castle in the Levant. Construction began in the 1140s under Pagan and Fulk, King of Jerusalem. The Crusaders referred to it as Crac des Moabites or “Karak in Moab.”
