• St. George’s Church - The Madaba Map, also known as the Madaba Mosaic Map, is a part of a floor mosaic in the early Byzantine church of Saint George in Madaba, Jordan. This map illustrates a portion of the Middle East and holds the distinction of being the oldest surviving original cartographic representation of the Holy Land, with a particular focus on Jerusalem.
• Mount Nebo - The peak of Siyagha, standing 700 meters above the Jordan Valley and overlooking the northeastern part of the Dead Sea, is believed to be Mount Nebo. This is the site where Moses, the prophet honored by the three monotheistic religions, was shown the Promised Land and where he passed away.

Today, Mount Nebo serves as an active memorial, a Franciscan monastery, and an archaeological site that draws visitors from around the globe. Its appeal lies not only in its historical and religious importance but also in the exceptional artistic value of the architectural remains and Byzantine mosaics it preserves and showcases.

• The Baptism Site Of Jesus Christ - Located on the eastern bank of the River Jordan, nine kilometers north of the Dead Sea, this archaeological site comprises two distinct areas: Tell Al-Kharrar, also known as Jabal Mar-Elias (Elijah’s Hill), and the area of the churches of Saint John the Baptist near the river. Nestled in a pristine natural setting, the site is believed to be where Jesus of Nazareth was baptized by John the Baptist. It features Roman and Byzantine remains, including churches, chapels, a monastery, caves used by hermits, and pools for baptisms, all testifying to the site’s religious significance. It is a Christian pilgrimage destination.
• Dead Sea Region - The main attraction at the Dead Sea is its warm, soothing, and extremely salty water, which is about ten times saltier than seawater and rich in chloride salts of magnesium, sodium, potassium, bromine, and others. These unusually warm, highly buoyant, and mineral-rich waters have drawn visitors since ancient times, including King Herod the Great and the beautiful Egyptian Queen Cleopatra. They have all luxuriated in the Dead Sea’s rich, black, invigorating mud and floated effortlessly on their backs while absorbing the water’s beneficial minerals and the gently diffused rays of the Jordanian sun.
