Wonderful tour! - I had an unforgettable tour of Bethany Beyond the Jordan and Ma’In Hot Springs, and I can’t recommend the experience enough. Visiting the Baptism Site was incredibly moving — the history, the serenity, and the sense of significance made it a highlight of my time in Jordan. Afterwards, relaxing at the Ma’In Hot Springs was the perfect contrast, with beautiful scenery and naturally warm waterfalls that felt absolutely amazing. A huge part of what made the day so special was my guide, Mohammad. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, and he went out of his way to make sure I got the most out of every stop. His insights added so much depth to the experience, and his warm personality made the trip enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, it was a fantastic tour, and I’m very grateful to Mohammad for making it truly memorable. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Jordan!

Excellent day - We spent a day with myfer our driver who informed us well and advised us during the duration of our visits and you especially share with us his knowledge about the history and culture of the country and made our visit pleasant

Must visit Mt. Nebo! - 5 stars to our driver Mohammad. He made the experience turn from great to amazing. Mt. Nebo and the baptism site made this tour worth it. The hot springs were surprisingly very hot, but very very crowded (it was Eid). We travelled with a 11 month old baby and we had no issues visiting all places. Recommend to buy the option with entrance fees included, less headache when on vacation. Enjoy!

Excellent guide and driver - Our trip, thanks to our guide and driver, was excellent snd very interesting. Thanks to the advice received and flexibility offered, we could explore Madaba in detail, not just limiting ourselves to one church, which most of the tours do. We got good advice to skip places for which weather was not adequate and enjoy longer Mount Nebo and River Jordan. Many thanks!

Amazing - A little difficult start due to a small problem with my reservation, but beyond all that, it was an incredible experience full of surprises. I recommend !

Hot springs not worth the time - We were picked up by a driver, he did speak english but he is not a guide. we did everything on the tour. I would suggest not booking this tour because the hot springs are not worth it al all. No sanitary changing facilities and mostly the hot springs is used by local families that tend to disaprove of western bathing suits. do the dead sea instead of this.

Not the experience it was promoted to be - Sadly, a disappointing experience. What we’d hoped to be a great last day of our trip felt rushed and didn’t end up offering what we had selected the trip for - the Ma’in hot springs. From the moment we got in the car (9:00am) it was a race to the stops. We were told that most people don’t make it to the hot springs “because they are tried from the other visits”. First sign to discourage us from going when it is clearly part of this package. Compared to 3 other tours we had done around Jordan with different companies and drivers, this felt like we had a strict schedule and time to keep because they had to be elsewhere by a certain time. +/- 1 hour to first stop from Amman Given 15 mins at the mosaic map - enough time and the area is lovely and in great condition. Nice to see. +/- 20 -30 mins to next stop Given 30 mins at Mount Nebo but viator itinerary says 45 mins. There were groups and we did take longer to get through it (45mins) and were told at the car that we were late - checked if something was wrong. The site itself is very well protected. Beautiful and great views on a clear day like we had. Informative signs in Arabic and English. In the car we were told that colleagues had informed the driver that the hot springs weren’t in good condition and dirty. My question - why was this not checked before promoting this offering? Why offer this as part of the package if it’s not at the standard required to offer a good experience? The hot springs were our main reason for choosing this tour option compared to others offering the same / similar sites. When asked if there were alternatives that could be offered in its place, the answer was to have lunch by the Dead Sea or back in Amman. I could also make suggestions but only had 1 hour rather than the 2 hours as listed on the itinerary. Needless to say, disappointing and further adding to the earlier frustrations. +/- 40 mins to next stop Baptism site - 1.5 hours. Religiously important and interesting to see. Efforts to conserve the area in place and the entrance/visitors center has a good amount of information. Unfortunately, there is not much by way of information or explanation beyond this point or by the onsite guide which is part of the visit. Not much in English (or other languages) to help all visitors feel included and informed. The little signs that were available in the museum after seeing the Jordan river were on printed paper, with corrections made in pen, stuck on the glass and there were maybe 3-4 of these in the whole space. This can and should be improved. After all the above, we decided to return to our hotel and end the tour. Not the end we had wanted for our last day and for the money spent on this package. Note: not all sites are included in the Jordan pass. - Mosaic map 3 JOD - Mount Nebo 3 JOD - Baptism site - Jordan pass if this option is selected at purchase - Hot springs 15 JOD for public site and 35+ for private areas (if anyone does end up going)

Trip was great but not the driver . - We booked the Mt Nebo /Madaba and Maain hot springs tour .But Hot springs was dropped which was understandable but we were not offered any better alternatives . Driver was very rude and uncooperative.It was very hot and each time we had to ask him for cold water . After seeing the beautiful church in Madaba we went to this charming shop across to buy some souvenirs .He scolded us about buying anything from that shop . It was unpleasant being in the car .Car was dirty and there was barely any leg space in the back . I hope they improve their service and attitude towards clients.
