Mount Nebo - Situated in Jordan, Mount Nebo is an elevated ridge approximately 700 meters above sea level. Part of the Abarim mountain range, it is biblically significant as the site where Moses viewed the Promised Land before his passing. From the summit, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the West Bank across the Jordan River valley. On clear days, the cities of Jericho and Jerusalem are visible.
Shobak Castle - Perched on a mountain, Shobak Castle is a captivating fortress constructed in 1115 under King Baldwin I’s reign. Its remote desert location offers a sense of escape. Visitors can explore the castle’s churches, historic ruins, and a secret passageway leading to a delightful spring. The castle also features a watchtower, catacombs, and various Christian carvings and Islamic tablets.
Little Petra - Also known as Siq al-Barid, Little Petra is an archaeological site north of Petra and Wadi Musa in Jordan’s Ma’an Governorate. Like Petra, it is a Nabataean site with structures carved into sandstone canyon walls. Smaller in scale, it comprises three open areas connected by a 450-meter (1,480 ft) canyon. Part of the Petra Archaeological Park, it is accessed separately and included in Petra’s UNESCO World Heritage Site designation. Often visited alongside Petra, it is free and typically less crowded.

Petra and Wadi Rum
Petra - Known to its original inhabitants as Raqmu or Raqēmō, Petra is a historic and archaeological city in southern Jordan. Renowned for its rock-cut architecture and water conduit system, it is also called the “Rose City” due to the sandstone’s hue. Poet John Burgon famously described it as “a rose-red city half as old as time” in 1845. Located near Jabal Al-Madbah, it is surrounded by mountains forming the eastern flank of the Arabah valley, stretching from the Dead Sea to the Gulf of Aqaba. Access is through the picturesque 1.2-kilometer-long Siq gorge, leading directly to the Khazneh.
Wadi Rum Protected Area - Conclude the day by experiencing the serene desert atmosphere with an overnight stay in a traditional Bedouin camp amidst Wadi Rum’s stunning scenery. Embrace Bedouin culture, savor traditional dishes, and marvel at the starry sky for unforgettable memories.
