Irene is a great tour guide!!! - Had an incredible day visiting Banos!! I am in Ecuador on a business trip and haven't found any co-workers to do trips with me on the weekends. I was so pleased when I met a woman who works at the Ibis Hotel (Wendy Sofia). She told me all about these wonderful day trips--so I booked this right away. Irene was our tour guide and she is the best!! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the country and the sites we visited. She is engaging, entertaining, and fun!! She made sure all of the solo travelers felt very included in the group! Our driver was Andres and he was a very conscientious driver. I highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful experience - Bathrooms was a wonderful experience, we were picked up at our lodging and from there we went to the famous Tree House, where we enjoyed the giant hammock with stunning views, then we went for adventure activities like canopy and returned in a line of obstacles in the air. We visited the Bride's Waterfall and the Devil's Pavilion, just beautiful. We finish with a delicious lunch in a very colorful and artful place. Thank you to our guide Maru and driver Don Joaquin for sharing their country, culture and landscapes. We highly recommend this experience.

Worth the 4 hour drive - Awesome experience. So much was packed into one day and that I couldn’t believe it when they kept on saying oh and now we have another place to go. Guides were great very accommodating. Got a lot of great pictures. Definitely worth the time going to baños.

Vamos to Banos - Very nice excursion! Our guide Jessica was very kind! It was a great experience for the whole family, including our 4 teenagers aged 13 and 17. The swing of the casa del arbor and the zip line had a great success! The landscapes are splendid!

Amazing 2 days Quito Baños - The trip was amazing. We had 2 amazing days. The guide from the first day Maru was fantastic, give super information. She was friendly, kind and helpful. We visited Casa del Arbol which was amazing beautiful. We did the zipline and we visited the pailon del diablo which was also awesome. The 2nd day we got a privat driver Johny which took us back to Quito. He was also friendly,kind and helpfull. On the way back we visited the Toachi Canyon and the Shalala Lagoon and later we had a nice view on the Cotopaxi vulcan. Thank you Ecuador Hop for great 2 days. We will recommand to everybody. What I hadn't done - Excellent service picked me up and dropped me off at the hotel. The places visited I enjoyed intensely, delicious food and at an affordable price. The very friendly guide, conveys the knowledge. Bathrooms was too far away to visit on my own and they made it possible within a day.

Just go! - I took the Baños Full Day Tour from Quito and had a great experience from start to finish. The transportation was clean and comfortable, and our driver Jimmy made sure the group got to every destination safely. Our bilingual guide, Adrian, was excellent—he gave clear, interesting explanations in both English and Spanish and really knew his stuff, especially when talking about Ecuador’s volcanoes. Even though the clouds were low at Casa del Árbol, the swing was still a fun experience. The Devil’s Cauldron waterfall was powerful and impressive—definitely a highlight of the trip. The cable car ride over the Pastaza River gave us a unique view and made for some great photo ops. Adrian guided us smoothly throughout the day and made sure everyone was taken care of. Highly recommend this tour if you’re in Quito and want to explore Baños in a day. Worth every penny.

Tour from Quito to Baños. - I took the tour to Baños with Gold Tours on July 9th, which I really enjoyed. It was an all-day tour. I was picked up from my hotel at 6am and greeted very kindly by Irene, the tour guide, and her colleagues. The first stop was for breakfast at a cafe. The breakfast was very delicious and at a good price. Along the way we passed by a place that sold guinea pig. The second stop was the bathrooms, specifically the tree house, there was a swing and the place was very cozy. Several waterfalls are seen along the way. One of them is the bride's mantle, a very beautiful waterfall that I had the opportunity to get very close to thanks to a basket that transported me. Afterwards I went to a very powerful and impressive waterfall called El Pilón del Diablo, which passes very close to the waterfall. An amazing experience. Irene provided me with accurate information about each location throughout the tour, which made it even more appealing. After going to the last waterfall I went to have lunch at the entrance of the basin. Irene proves to be a very professional guide, very kind, attentive and makes this tour wonderful. Thank you so much for being so professional at what you do. I recommend this tour and especially doing it with the tour guide Irene.
