Highly recommend PLS Fast Track Arrival Service - Fast Track Arrival was definitely worth it for us! We arrived on a Friday afternoon in October (considered low/slow season) at 12:47pm EST. The immigration line was sooooooo crowded & long wrapped around many times all the way to the entrance where you walk in at from deplaning. The Fast Track rep was waiting at the entrance and immediately whisked us past all of that! Immigration was a breeze. The rep stood there waiting for our luggage to come. Apparently, Delta decided to take my luggage off the plane dead last, it felt like I waited 40 minutes - an hour. Then the Fast Track agent walked us outside. The private transfer I had arranged was late which was frustrating, the regular taxi lines moved much quicker, so I only wasted money on arranging a private transfer. However, I highly recommend the TCI Fast Track Arrival service. They even gave us cold boxed waters as well, which came in handy waiting outside in the sun for transportation.

Reaching out to paradise -easy! - Arriving on the island for the first time and booking the transport from the airport to the hotel was an easy and the best option. Don’t worry if you’re going there without having a reservation, people are friendly and helpful not trying to rip you off

No wait, comfortable luxury SUV at the best price - Came out an hour before the time I booked and the taxi dispatch walkied them and they arrived in 5 minutes. Had multiple nice luxury SUVs picking up others from our flight as well. Professional driver took care of our bags and was very nice. He was able to answer many of our questions about the island and drove use safely to Grace Bay. $50 cheaper than our hotel was offering round trip. Only thing more affordable is a group taxi shuttle, but that line is long at the airport and we did not want to have to pile in and stop at multiple hotels. We wanted to start vacation immediately. :) You won’t be disappointed if you book with VIP.

Great company to work with! - We purchased our RT transporation for our trip in Turks and Caicos. Our flight got cancelled and our trip was delayed one day. They were extremely accommodating and on-time. I would hightly recommend this company and would use them again for future travel!

Transfers went well. - Everything went as planned with our transfers to and from airport, a bit of a wait from leaving airport but nothing too unbearable. If you want a private transfer I would book this although it is definitely pricy.

Airport pickup - Very easy to book, 👩‍⚕️driver happy to stop at IGA so we could grocery shop. Remember it’s not cheap but they need to make a living so don’t grudge it. I am Scottish and even I didn’t mind 😁

Ok service.. - Not responsive over app. Driver was texting the entire time while driving. Positive: Got us to airport on time.
