Once a booking is made, the pick-up time and location will be confirmed. Notification will be sent upon the driver’s arrival at the pick-up spot, and a 5-minute grace period is allowed if no communication is made. After greeting, the driver will proceed to take you to your specified drop-off location. For roundtrip bookings, please call or message the provided number 30 minutes prior to the pick-up time. The pick-up time may be shorter depending on the driver’s proximity.

Please note, this service is not included in the original payment, and waiting time will incur additional charges after midnight.
