Most amazing travel experience ever - Where do I even begin? Our family's experience with Prince Taxi, Limousine & Tours is one of those stories that restores your faith in humanity. We were flying Delta from Boston to St. Thomas with our group of four, including a 12-year-old girl, when our flight got delayed — not by an hour, not by two — by ten hours. By the time we finally landed in St. Thomas, our water taxi to the island had long since departed. Dolphin Water Taxi, who were also wonderful, connected us with Prince to help us figure out our situation. What happened next is something I will never forget. Prince didn't just make one call and move on. He spent hours on the phone, calling hotel after hotel, checking availability, doing everything in his power to find us a place to stay for the night. And here's the thing — there was literally nothing available. Not a single room on the entire island. Most people would have said "sorry, I tried" and moved on. Not Prince. He called his own cousin, explained our situation, and arranged for his cousin to leave his own home so that our family — total strangers — could stay there for the night. Let that sink in. Prince had his family member give up his house so a group of stranded travelers, including a young girl, had a safe, comfortable place to sleep. And he didn't do any of this for a big payday or because he had to. He did it because that's just who Prince is — a genuinely kind, caring person who treats everyone like family.
