If you want a solid, organized, and friendly professional who is prompt on time! - I was referred to Nael for the transportation we would need from Aqaba to Wadi Rum and then from Wadi Rum to Petra. I contacted Nael two months prior to my trip to establish communication via WhatsApp. He spoke perfect English and was very well-spoken. He contacted me the day before our flight to Jordan from Egypt. That really impressed me—I didn’t have to initiate contact. He was organized and remembered I was coming even after two months. We were transported from Aqaba to Wadi Rum with perfect communication via WhatsApp. When we left our two-day camp in Wadi Rum, Nael met us exactly on time at the entrance of the camp and took us on the two-hour journey to Petra. Nael had Turkish coffee, snacks, and some local sweets waiting for us. The vehicle had Wi-Fi, which was great! We talked the entire journey and learned about each other’s cultures. While in Petra, Nael gave us all the tips on how to have the best experience inside Petra and shared techniques for entering through the back entrance and walking downhill from the Monastery to the Treasury instead of walking upstairs for miles like the poor uninformed tourists (haha). We communicated with him via WhatsApp about our plans and had multiple pickups and drop-offs during our two-day stay: Petra by Night, exploring the city, and visiting Petra. Uber didn’t exist there, and this was way better. Nael was always on time, responded promptly and respectfully to every communication, and would always include a gift or some very nice extra detail. We used Nael from Petra to the Dead Sea as an added bonus. His prices were fair and amazing. In the end, I couldn’t have thought of a better way to do this trip. I know that if anything had gone wrong, Nael would have been the first to help us—with a hospital visit, an embassy visit, etc. It wasn’t needed, but knowing we had someone with total local knowledge helping us was very comforting. I view Nael not only as a service we used in Jordan but now as a friend and someone I hope to see again. I will be referring him to all my friends. Nael has many talents, and if you get the chance to book with him, you will be handled by a very well-respected and well-known local.

The car was clean, comfortable and air-conditioned — perfect for the drive through the desert landscape. Fantastic Trip to Petra with Nael - Our friend Nael took us to Petra from Wadi Rum. He has a very friendly demeanor and car was of high quality with wifi & water with good driving skills. On our way he briefed us of the importance of Petra in fluent English. At Petra, he acquainted us of the layout of the ground from a vantage point. On arrival at the site, he assisted us in getting us entry tickets through Jordan pass & taking e cart to reach Treasury. Overall experience was excellent. Strongly recommend his services.
