Find a different vendor - The driver was prompt and got us to our hotel, however there were some things that would need to be improved to receive a higher rating.
First, we were required to pay an additional $7 cash because of our arrival time. This wasn't mentioned anywhere on Viator, and I found it strange that it wasn't included when I made the reservation and entered our flight arrival time.
Second, the driver told us as soon as we were in the car that we had to give him a five star rating to "ensure he becomes a professional driver" and then passed his phone to us to enter the review immediately.
Third, he told us that he would give us a better price if we booked with him directly and said he would take us anywhere we wanted to go. He then offered to find anyone in the group a "lover" or to take us to get a massage that would make us happy, whether we wanted a male or female. This was wildly inappropriate on many levels, including the fact that we were with my friend's teenage son.
