Misleading, Overpriced, and Time-Wasting – Avoid at All Costs in - We were approached by this company at Doha arrivals while deciding whether to take a taxi or Uber. They gave the impression they were connected to our hotel and said they would arrange our transport. In reality, they simply wanted to overcharge us and delay our journey. After waiting 30 minutes for the transport to arrive, we demanded a refund, which they were reluctant to give and took a long time to process. Once refunded, we ordered an Uber and were on our way in under five minutes—at half the cost. I would avoid this business.
