Meeting and Waiting Procedures:

• At the Airport: The driver will be stationed in the arrivals hall (Meeting Point) holding a name sign. There is a complimentary waiting period of 60 minutes post-landing. Beyond this duration, an additional hourly fee will be charged if prior notice is given.

• At the Hotel/Address: The driver will wait for up to 20 minutes past the scheduled time.

• No-Show Policy: If no notification is received from passengers after the waiting period, the service will be deemed a “No Show” and will not be eligible for a refund.

• Exclusive Private Transport: Luxury vehicle (Mercedes) for the sole use of your group
• Meet & Greet: Personalized welcome in the lobby with a name sign and immediate assistance.
