Eric our driver was very... - Eric our driver was very professional at he’s job. Waiting for us as we exited the terminal. He put the luggage in the back of van then off to the hotel a very smooth ride indeed.

Super easy and smooth transfer - Perfect. Great communication and easy to organise. Norman sent WhatsApp messages and made it very easy to find him in the arrivals hall. The company were great as I made an error on booking which they quickly resolved. The journey was smooth and Norman was a delight.

Super Excellent Service! - Mr. Dennis Tan is an excellent, friendly and safe driver who reach our residence earlier than scheduled time and waited for us patiently for 10 mins as we have a toddler, 3 big luggages, stroller, carton and many hand-carry ons to bring down. He even helped us to carry all the items so we can just sit back & relax on our way to airport. The car is spacious and clean. Will not hesitate to engage their JM Limousine’s service again and highly recommended to others who want to hire them for family travel convenience. Price is affordable too. Thumbs up for such great service and safe driving skills.

Not The Promised Experience - I was told I’d be met in the hall by someone holding a placard with my name. I was also told I’d be assisted to a waiting vehicle. Instead I got a text saying go to a door then had to wait 20 minutes for the driver to come around. I also had to load my own luggage as she was unable to. It would’ve been cheaper and more efficient to grab a cab.
