Great value and service - Had the pleasure of using Rome Airporter to go from airport to hotel then next day to cruise ship .Service was excellent .Showed up on time .Vehicles new and clean, drivers were professional . They only accept cash so have Euro available .Would highly recommend this service .Mario was a pleasure to deal with

Fantastic Service, you must use these guys - My wife and I actually used the service of Rome Airporter 3 times during a recent trip to Italy. We had them pick us up at Rome Termini and transfer to a cruise, then the cruise to our Rome hotel, and finally from the hotel to the airport. All three trips were exceptional. The cars were large, comfortable, clean, and the drivers were exceptional. They arrived on time, were very personable, and found the best routes for the time of day and traffic. If I could rate them 6 stars, I would. I strongly recommend you book your transfers with Rome Airporter.

Highly Recommend - We were very pleased with the professionalism of the Rome Airporter drivers to our ship and from the ship to the Rome Airport.HIGH Our first driver arrived early, greeted us in the lobby of our Rome hotel, loaded the luggage, and then safely and timely delivered us to the Odyssey of the Seas. After disembarking, thanks to the very clear sign held by our second driver, we had no trouble locating him in the crowd of other drivers. The second driver provided the same excellent service. I have also recommended Rome Airporterser in Facebook posts.

Not a single complaint, prompt and hassle free! - This service was absolutely worth the money. When we looked at taxi cab fares between the cruise dock and Rome the private car was only about ~20-30 euros more. The car was very comfortable, and the driver very friendly. We were even able to get picked up early when our plans changed so they are very flexible. Not a single complaint.

Great choice for transportation from the cruise port to Rome - The pick up from our cruise ship to our Rome Airbnb was seamless. Our drive provided excellent directions to find him, and the trip was smooth. I was concerned about his ability to find our Airbnb, but he drove us right to the door and helped us get in. He pointed out points of interest on our drive into the city. He also gave us three restaurant recommendations. Would recommend this service to anyone coming into the port and needing transportation to the city.

Great private transport from ship to airport. - Easy setup. Great communication. They accommodated a last minute change to add two people with no issues. We departed the ship earlier than expected and the driver was on site and ready when we got there. Overall an excellent experience!!

Great ride - Driver was right on time and out front of other drivers with our name on a large tablet. Car was a well maintained Mercedes and the driver was a great personality. We had a great experience and highly recommend this provider.
