Friendly, Reliable and Great Service - I absolutely loved DLUX!!! Excellent Quality Service! When my hotel cancelled on me 4 days before my trip and my new hotel never responded to my requests for transportation I reached out to DLUX in a panic. Alejandro was so nice and helpful. He made it sound like it was no big deal that I was reaching on such a short notice. Once I landed in Tulum communication on WhatsApp between myself and our driver Mario was great. He was very friendly and super helpful and gave us great tips. When we needed transportation to Xcaret he mentioned he could get that set up for us. Our driver for that trip Abraham was so energetic and happy. When I return again, I will DEFINITELY be using this company
