MarQuise is the man. - MarQuise is the best!! He gave us a cool, comfortable ride to our resort in a clean, new SUV and provided great conversation. Then, when it was time to return to the airport, there was an accident closing the road to our hotel, MarQuise connected with us and met us on the scene and pulled out some amazing driving skills to navigate the road and get us quickly and safely to the airport! Can't say enough great things!

Great service - MarQuise was absolutely wonderful! He was prompt, communicative, and friendly. It was the perfect way to have a car ready to get us to Red Hook promptly. I highly recommend this service.

Great customer service - Although there was a slight mixup in our pickup location and time, it was dealt with swiftly and courteously. Our driver was friendly and safe and we made it to our destination in a clean and comfortable vehicle.

Comfortable,convenient, worth it! - Marquise picked up up at airport for drive to RedHook ferry. He texted as soon as we landed, was parked just outside where he told us he would be. Comfortable ride to ferry, nice vehicle. The roads are crazy on St Thomas, so it’s nice to feel confident in your driver/vehicle. Just booked again for our return trip.

Horrible, dispatcher and driver yelled at us. Save yourself a lot of money and take a taxi.and - After traveling since early morning we were tired. Our luggage was towards the end. When we got out I turned airplane mode off and immediately got a call from dispatcher yelling at me for not answering my phone. Proceed to where he directed me and had driver yell at me as well. Traffic was bad and driver continued to fuss at other drivers. Suburban needed new springs as they squeaked . I did not pay A LOT to be yelled at! I knew we would be tired and hoped for a peaceful transfer. WRONG. For our return transfer, we used a taxi which was a LOT cheaper and more peaceful. Would not recommend.

Stressful - This experience was extremely stressful and unacceptable. We nearly missed our flight due to the lack of communication and coordination between your teams. I am requesting a full refund for the transfer service and expect this matter to be investigated thoroughly.
