Outstanding tour! - I can’t say enough good things about this tour and our guide, Moumen! We arrived by cruise ship and were tendered to the VilleFranche port where he was waiting for us, prominently displaying our name. Then the adventure began. The medieval hilltop village of Eze was our first stop. He shared its history as we walked up to the main gate. We were then on our own to explore the small shops or stop for a coffee and pastry. Next, it was back to the bottom for a quick tour of a perfume factory. I generally do not like these as I feel like a captive audience for a quick sale—however, this shop was nice with no pressure to buy. Then we drove to Monaco. Moumen told us about its history and royal family, pointed out exceptional residences, and dropped a few names of noteworthy residents. He also talked about the tax system and how the government cares for its citizens. Very informative and professional—his English is outstanding. We had free time to explore and eat lunch. Prices were reasonable. Finally we headed to Monte Carlo. While it was the least interesting city of the tour to me, my husband enjoyed his attempt at ‘winning’ and was marginally successful (came home with 10 more than he started). Be sure to bring your passport if you want to gamble. I enjoyed the spectacular cars parked in front of the casino as well as its impressive lobby. Moumen talked race cars and drivers with us as we drove back along the road and returned directly to the port. We were back in plenty of time for the ship’s departure. This was a wonderful tour you certainly should not miss—one of our best as we toured the Mediterranean coast.

Best Excursion of Our Cruise - This was an exceptional small group tour from Villefranche-Sur-Mer where our cruise ship was in port. The pick up and drop off was very streamlined with no worries of getting back to ship on time. Our tour guide Moumen was professional, very knowledgeable (with a history background) and flexible with the flow of the day. He made personal contact with us at the time of booking allowing for any concerns or questions to be addressed. We toured the area with photo stops along the way and visited the medieval town of Eze, Monaco and Monte Carlo and a loop around the Grand Prix circuit. He shared historical info about the sites we were to see as well as current day life items of interest, a nice balance. He walked us to the points of interest and then we could explore on our own, no rush to keep moving. The highlight of the day was when he walked us to the Palace in Monaco on the annual day of celebration which was restricted to just residents. We had been notified by our cruise ship tours were modified for the day due to the celebration. He said we will try and adjust as needed. Fortunately they allowed a small group of foreigners in. This was the highlight of our 15 day cruise.

Unbelievable Experience from Villefranche-Sur-Mer - This was an excellent tour from the port of Villefranche-Sur-Mer. We were picked up right at the port and dropped off in time to take the tender back to our cruise ship. Our guide Moumen was professional, very knowledgeable and flexible with our small group. I was surprised he made contact as soon as the tour was booked. One member of our group contacted him frequently with questions and got immediate responses. We toured the area to include Eze, Monaco and Monte Carlo. Moumen was informative with historical info as well as current day facts and items of our interest. I liked the format of providing info and then walking us to the locations and giving us some free time to explore on our own. We were in Monaco on the annual Prince's Celebration and admission to the Palace and Cathedral were restricted except for residents. Cruise ship tours were modified for Monaco. Moumen said we will try and adjust if needed. He walked us right up to the Palace so we could see the event. It was an unbelievable day. I would highly recommend this small group tour.

Don’t hesitate to book this one! Great tour - We recently took a tour with Moumen of Golden Keys tours of Monaco, Monte Carlo, and Nice. It was truly an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, relaxed, and full of fascinating insights. Moumen was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, sharing the rich history of Monaco and stopping along the way at places to take great pictures and allowing time at each for exploring and shopping. When we were stopped on the mountain between Nice & Monaco we saw people hand gliding off, soaring above the city! It was spectacular. Small group of 6 made it personal, unlike those big groups on cruise ships! Monte Carlo was absolutely stunning—glamorous, lively, and picture-perfect. Seeing the Prince’s palace, iconic casino and the luxurious yachts and expensive cars up close made the whole experience seem like a scene from a movie. We stopped in the quaint village of Eze, and toured the medieval castle, that gives you a glimpse back in time. This tour was well-paced, informative, and filled with breathtaking scenery. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the best of the French Riviera in one day!

Fabulous tour; highly recommended. - We enjoyed this small group tour with 4 others in a Mercedes van. Moumen was a great driver and guide and met us at the port with a sign with our name. We enjoyed Eze and he asked at the Fragonard perfume store that we have a shortened tour per our request. We drove to sn overlook where we could see a panoramic view of Italy, France and Monaco. In Monaco we toured the Rock and saw exteriors of the Prince's Palace, walked in gardens and had time a tasty sandwich and souvenir shopping. We drove on the Formula 1 road to the historic Monte Carlo casi o and saw the lobby. We then entered the free casino and played a few euros. We really enjoyed this small group tour much more than our ship excursions.

Worth every penny! - Moumen was our tour guide. The communication was spot on from the time I booked the tour to the day of. He was very knowledgeable and told us so many details about each of the places we visited. He made sure we had enough time to visit each spot. He even added in a few extras. This tour was worth every penny. I highly recommend. It does involve a lot of walking up hill and stairs just to keep in mind if booking. Plus we had plenty of time to spare on return to our cruise ship.

We loved listening to him tell us about the history of the area and sharing his own personal take on these 3 amazing excursions. BEST Excursion EVER (from well-traveled reviewer) - There are not enough great things to say about this experience. We were on a week long cruise and this was by far my favorite shore excursion! Mouman is very knowledgeable (degree in history) and very accommodating. If you will be in the area, you MUST book this excursion!
