Within 15 to 60 minutes of confirming your reservation, an email will be sent to you with all the booking details! The pickup will be reconfirmed with you before the scheduled service date.

For airport pickups, our team will be in the designated pickup area, holding a sign with your name. Drop-off will occur at the location specified in your reservation.

After your flight lands, you have a grace period of one hour and 30 minutes to meet our driver. If this waiting time is exceeded, our No-Show Policy will be enforced.

No-Show Policy: This policy is activated if more than 1 hour and 30 minutes have passed since the scheduled pickup time and the passenger has not met with us. In the case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.
