A booking confirmation message is promptly sent to the client, including the driver’s name, vehicle type, contact number, and pickup time.

Reminder Notification:
12–24 hours before the scheduled pickup, Pegasus sends a friendly reminder confirming the time and details.

2. Pre-Service Preparation

Vehicle Preparation:
The designated driver ensures the vehicle is spotless — washed, vacuumed, and stocked with amenities such as:

Chilled bottled water

Mint towels or small refreshment options

Professional Appearance:
