Great Service from Shamar - From pre pick up communication to a spotlessly clean van that could have accommodated twice the size of our party i really could not fault anything about Shamars service. Travel with kids - Traveled with my family of 5 (infant + booster seats). They provided the car seats so we didn’t have to fly with them, which was so helpful! Mark was such a great and friendly driver! Shamar was super great at communicating to coordinate pickup both to and from port. We stayed at a hotel in Orlando and they were so accommodating to change the pickup point to the hotel. Would 100% book with them again!

Super job by all and no stress to end our vacation! - Totally Awesome job - Shamar was on top of everything. I even had my reservation backwards and tgry had it all corrected and ready to go. Mark -our driver -Super professional - texted me early-followed up by phone call. Walked off the ship at 7:30 and he was 10 steps away/ very nice, super clean car. Great experience and would highly recommend!! Great way to end the vacation either way no stress! Super job by all!

This trip from cruise... - This trip from cruise ship to airport went very well. The trip a week earlier (3/20) was not fulfilled as a driver never contacted us or showed up. Still have not received any communication that our $190. would be reimbursed. We had to find and pay for another way to get from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral. One was great, one not so great. It leaves one to wonder about next time.
