5 stars experience - The driver was on time, very smooth ride to the airport. She had water in the car for me. Seemed to be a very experienced driver. She also offered day trip tours. Highly recommend!

Taipei City Pick-Up - We thought we would splurge a bit on this activity, compared to the Express train from Taipei International T2 into town. Simply, another typically excellent Viator activity again! Words like perfect, on-time, perfection in motion and outstanding value for money! We give this a 5-Star rating. For around A$75 we sped effortlessly from the central city to Taipei T1 in traffic at 8.30am but on-time. Very impressed. We have experienced some ‘duds’ in our post-Covid travels but this is definitely not one of those. Would we use this operator via Viator again: without reservation, YES!👌 being seasoned married travellers, fit, over 65, we know the value of an honest review, as do our fellow travellers. Use this service again - Driver was early (not too much). But suited me perfectly. Very pleasant and helpful as well. Even with a language barrier, we got through. Excellent service.

I would definitely recommend! - When we walked outside of the customs door we saw a prominent sign that said my last name. We were led to the pick up curb where a van pulled up and we were then driven to our hotel. Everything went perfectly.

Driver arrived to my... - Driver arrived to my hotel before scheduled pickup time and was very friendly. She got me to the airport safely and on time for my flight. Would recommend this transfer service. Also note that it is often cheaper than Uber and equally as convenient.

Friendly, efficient service - As soon as I booked, the operator reached out to me to confirm. We were a family of 5 with a large suitcase each and the car was clean and large for transport to the airport. Our driver spoke perfect English. I was very happy with the service.

Arrived at airport with plenty of time to spare - Driver was right on time. Not sure why he was passing cars left & right - maybe he thought I did not allow enough time to get to the airport? Whatever the reason, I arrived at the airport safely with plenty time to spare to relax at the lounge
