It was amazing , enjoyed a lot , it was our first time experience and was wonderful , we are soo happy with our guide - Excellent , awesome view, fees was 2500, we was air for 30-45 mins, weather was very nice and luckily without any disturbances, crowed was ok, our staff Abdu was very kind and helpful, was very good . we had best service from our guide Abdu

A must do. Highlight of our holiday 😁 - An absolute must do, if you are in Luxor. Very early start, picked up from cruise boat at 4:30 am but worth it. Very professional from start to finish. The balloon pilot, Mohammed was brilliant. He told us when to get our cameras out for some great videos. Views from the Balloon were fantastic and we saw the sunrise as well. Paid 400 E£ (£7) for a short video of our experience. It was worth the money and there was no hard sell if you didn't want the video 😁

Hot Air balloon ride of my dreams - This was the perfect experience to end an 8 day long trip, our pilot Khaled made it even more exciting and enjoyable he was able to show us most of the monuments, our guide from the hotel to the hot air balloon take off site gave us all the instructions we needed and was very comforting, would love to come again perfect experience!!!

Disappointing experience with Sindbad Balloons - If you are able to successfully get on a balloon ride, you probably will have a good time. However, based on my experience, I would say you are rolling the dice when booking with Sindbad. If you have just once chance to go ballooning in Luxor, I’d think twice before booking with them. We had repeatedly confirmed with the company that we would be on the sunrise ride. At the same time, we also understood that if there was inclement weather, ballooning would be canceled for safety reasons. We were picked up on time at 4:30 am. Yet the group of people I was with, who had also booked sunrise rides, for reasons unknown to us, we were in one of the last boats to leave the East Bank. We all just sat in the boat waiting and waiting while the boats next to us left. We were also one of the very last groups to leave for the launch site once we crossed the river. By the time our car arrived, it was 6:20am, with sunrise around 6:25am. I couldn’t believe it when I saw that 95% of the balloons were literally in the air already or on the way up. I didn’t understand why our group was so behind, and again no explanation was given. Clearly at that point, ballooning had not been cancelled since all these balloons were in the air, and we would have been in the air if we were in one of the earlier balloons. What was upsetting was not that flights had to be cancelled for safety reasons, that’s understandable - it was that despite having booked a sunrise flight, our group was one of the last to arrive. We were just literally on the ground watching all the other balloons in the air, when our flight was cancelled because of weather conditions. If I could do it again, I would be more careful about finding a more organized company, and one that will actually put you on one of the first balloons up versus one of the last. Overall, just really disappointing.
