Great friendly cruise - This was a great cruise. The staff was fantastic and treated them with the utmost respect. I had fun on the boat when I wasn't on a tour. A great place to make some great friends and good foods. The rooms are comfortable and roomy and if any issues are discovered they have a maintenance staff avaliable 24 hrs a day.even the two gift shops have some nice items and after some easy bartering the prices are very fair. And the keepers are extremely friendly even if you just looking.

Appalling boat - Avoid like the plague. Dirty and tired is the best description for this boat. On paying our bar bill I was asked if I had enjoyed the boat. I answered truthfully pointing out the condition of the boat. The receptionist agreed with all I said and and added that this boat should only be marketed at Egyptian tourists. The places we visited were amazing and the people we met made our holiday.

Boat PRINCE OMAR - Although the Nile Cruise is well worth it, it is regrettable and shameful to be sold the LIE that you will do so on board a “luxury” 5* ship. The Prince Omar, is NOT luxury at all, nor has it been recently renovated! It is rickety, smells of diesel, the tiny WC leaks water on the floor and filters through the door to the room, the tap of the monoknob of the du ha falls, the box spring of the bed uneven (sleep slope) etc. WORSE than when you demand Upgrade or change.... No problem. Answer: boat full. And we know the same thing happened to other passengers. A total tease. Miguel Valls 29 Dec/25 - 2 January/26

Avoid like the plague - Disgusting boat. Dirty and dated cabins. Shower room tiny with filthy showers. Pillows in wardrobe were filthy. All 25 of us had food poisoning. The whole boat is a health hazard. We were supposed to be on a 5* boat but were put on this dump instead and it is at best 2*. The company Travelodeal we booked through don’t seem bothered about our complaints so now we are going to seek legal action. Avoid like the plague

Terrible - Don't know when photos taken but not recently! Awful cabin with lots of bits dropping off. 11 sunbeds with nails sticking out of half of them. Nearly everyone with stomach problems. Worst experience ever after travelling for over 50 years. The only plus side, staff were lovely, food basic but passable - just.to be avoided at all cost

WORST ROOMS AND CRUISE ON THE NILE THAT LITERALLY GOT ME AND MY FATHER SICK - This is the worst cruise I've ever been on and by far the worst cruise ever on the nile, the room is literally a small box with no ventilation ever i had to open the room door and open the floor door to even get some air, even the food is very poor and low on variation , the people are working are trying their best and good but they are with the worst management the manager was not even showing up and the company is the worst facilitoes ever that wouldn't even be able to manage a restaurant. Don't ever go there it would ruin your nile experience and i have tried so much better cruises on so many cruises in the past years don't ever go there.
