Best Luxor Tour with an expert! - Loved how knowledgeable Khaled is, really passionate who looked after us in a perfect way making sure we have the best experience starting with planning the tour to avoid crowds and through excellent lunch spot. His knowledge and more importantly storytelling skills will make the tour great both for Egypt rookies and pros. Highly recommend!

Great guide and experience visiting Luxor! - Great experience with Khaled. He met us at our hotel on time and we visited many sites and had a great time overall! I would recommend him given his historical knowledge, great English, and overall nice demeanor!

Best way to see Luxor sites - Khaled was excellent! Great sites, visited early- and great English for explaining all the different era of this great civilization. Khaled took us to an excellent restaurant afterwards for lunch- traditional Egyptian food. Highly recommend him and this tour. Tourists without private guides get harassed and we saw it first hand. Ticket office lines are confusing too but Khaled had our tickets all ahead of time. Lastly, the suv car was great and ac was on. This is a rarity. You can book ac cars but it’s still horrible little cars they bring along. His is the first decent car on this trip

A Wonderful Family Tour of Luxor with Khaled - Khaled was an excellent tour guide in Luxor. We toured with our family, and he thoughtfully guided us through both the East and West Banks with great care and patience. He was knowledgeable, calm, and engaging, and he made the history easy to understand for everyone, including the kids. The day felt well paced and never rushed. Highly recommend Khaled if you want a warm, informative, and well-organized Luxor experience.

Hosney is the Best - On this Private Tour we visited Karnak Temple, Valley of Kings, Hatshepsut Temple as well as Luxor Temple. We did the tour with Hosney Arafat. He was the best tour guide we had in Egypt so far. He knows an enormous amount about the history of the Pharaohs. Since we got a little sick in Cairo before, Hosney also accompanied us to a pharmacy and made sure we were helped and not ripped off. Thanks for everything Hosney!! Best regards Edwin and Laura

Perfect itinerary for a short trip - If you only have a day or two in Luxor, this is the itinerary for you. My wife and I only had two days in Luxor, so we had a list of must-sees. This takes you through all the important sites: Valley of Kings, Hatchepsut, Karnak and Luxor Temple. After going, I couldn’t imagine leaving Luxor without having seeing these sites. I definitely recommend paying the additional fee to see Tutankamun’s Tomb and mummy! The color of the hyroglyphics inside all of the tombs are incredible, and the carvings at the temples are so intricate and beautiful. Our tour guide was Khaled Elsmaky. He did everything to make sure my wife and I had the day we wanted. I made the mistake of mis-recording our start time, so I was late by 30 min, but he ensured me that we would still be able to follow our itinerary. He’s been doing these tours for decades, and has deep knowledge of all the sites. Before entering each site, he would explain to my wife and I the importance and purpose of the temples, and the history of the dynasty/king/queen. I’m a curious person and had a lot of follow-up questions, and he was able to answer them all and give additional insight. He then gave us our own time to wander to take it in at our own pace. Additionally, he knows all the specialities of Luxor- so if you want things like spices, nuts, sugarcane, or perfumes, he knows where to take you (just be mindful this will cut into your tour time). Our driver was Mohamed and he was so nice and careful getting us from site-to-site. Our best driver yet during our honeymoon/vacation! Even though I messed up with our start time, he still stayed past to take us to Luxor Temple and then take us back to our hotel. We appreciate the hospitality! After considering all the entrance fees to the sites, lunch, and transportation the value of this tour is unmatched. Thank you again!
