- Valley of the Kings - The Egyptology tour guide will collect guests from their hotel or Nile cruise at 8 am to begin the journey at the Valley of the Kings. Here, pharaohs of the New Kingdom (1550 B.C-1080 B.C) carved their tombs into the mountains to conceal their treasures and safeguard their mummies. The tour guide will provide explanations from outside, as guiding is not permitted inside the tombs. Guests will then explore the top three selected open tombs.
